Air operated. All stainless steel construction, except for the two brass ball valves on the air supply line, not in contact with the maple syrup. The fastest and easiest method to empty a drum of syrup. Requires a source of compressed air to operate. Works with 25 & 32 gallon drums with 2" bungs, through top bung only, not side.
